PILATES CLASS
This class provides a blend of mat and equipment exercises, encompassing not just the reformer but also various other apparatus like the Cadillac (trapeze table), tower, chair, and ladder barrel.
The mat workouts serve as a preparation for equipment exercises.

We offer both private and group classes, with a maximum of 4 students in a group, to effectively cater to the specific needs and objectives of each participant. Our primary focus is on respecting the individuality, pacing, and capacity of each person when performing the movements.

LOW PRESSURE FITNESS (LPF)
This class focuses on postural and breathing exercises combined with Hypopressive abdominal exercises.

Furthermore, recognizing the advantages of reducing intra-abdominal pressure and enhancing posture, our classes integrate Low Pressure Fitness hypopressive exercises.
